This House believes
that there ought to be a law
True
we have to believe in the existence of the law. In this world, imagine if there
were no laws what will happen? Surely all the rules there will be no sanctions
for those who break them. In this case a lot of people who feel aggrieved.
Because those who violate it no penalty. Though the law is one way to enforce the rule that the
rule is obeyed and implemented by the community. Governments
also would not work well when there is no law. Because they think that there is
any mistake on their part, they will not get the punishment or retaliation that
could lead them to prison. Maybe also if there is no legal prison would not
exist. Because people are right or wrong is not being punished.
In
almost all countries in the world have laws respectively. The existence of law
is essential for the survival of society. In order to comply with the rules and
regulations that has been made by the authorities. The law is the most
important system in the implementation of a series of institutional powers of
the misuse of power in politics, economics and society in numerous ways and act
as the main intermediaries in the social relations between people of the
criminalization of the criminal law, criminal law that seeks ways the state can
prosecute the constitution provides the legal framework for the creation of
law, protection of human rights and expanding political power, and the way in
which their representatives will be selected. In law enforcement that requires
public participation in it must start with raising public awareness of the law
up first to do with the growing presence of legal security, the behaviour of
the state apparatus as well as honest and respectable establishment mass media
to deliver news or information.
The ultimate goal is to create a
law-abiding society, bringing order and balance to the achievement of order in
society. Expected human interests will be protected in achieving its goals. The
law functions and duties divide not between individuals in society, dividing
authority and set ways of solving legal problems and to maintain legal
certainty. In general, the purpose of law was formulated to regulate the order
of a peaceful and just society, to safeguard the interests of every human being
and to ensure the rule of law in human society. In addition to the purpose of
the law, the legal function in people's lives continue to evolve in line with
the development of society in which the law is located. However, an outline of
the legal function can be seen as a means of social control is the function of the
legal duty to maintain order or pattern of life there.
Talking about should we trust the law, we also
need to know the role of the law. Knowing and understanding the role of the law
is something that is very important for human life in living life as both
individual and social life. With the law that formed in a country, the rules or
the order will be done properly in accordance with that expected. The community
would be comfortable with the law. It will not happen differences before the
law. Because that really would keep right and wrong will remain wrong. The law
regulates all public life can be more orderly and organized. One small example
of the school of law school example has made a rule that every day should
arrive at school on time. So for students who violate the firm will be punished
by the teacher. Purpose of punishment is held to provide a deterrent effect on
students who violate. It is a small example in schools, especially in the
government that sentence more emphatic. Many officials who engage in corruption
but still can roam everywhere. Why did it happen? Because the laws that have
been enacted in perverted by those who hold the law. Thus, the law deemed it
easy to be lied to. Therefore, we as people are aware of the importance of our
laws should uphold international law. Do not make the law into something
useless.
